Hopefully you came to my blog from Brenda O'Reilly, so let me show you what I made!
Today, I'm sharing with you something I made that is very clean, simple and easy to make and re-create in bulk using items from the fabulous and inspiring NEW Autumn Winter catalogue..... come and have a look...
I grabbed for my trusty SU! big shot Two Tags die and used the tag on the right of the die to make these fab gift tags... aren't they cute?!! I then ploughed through my new stash of goodies and fell in love with the Festival of Prints double sided designer series paper stack. Each sheet is 11.4cm x 16.5cm, which is perfect as there is little to no waste when making projects or cards!!
Oh boy, I did a LOT of falling in love with the paper stack colours, and it was so hard to chose as they are all so yummy!! but, I chose to use the turquoise and a red sheet. I punched the mittens out using the Mitten Builder punch... and topped it off using the Lucky Limeade ruffled ribbon and white bakers twine. The sentiment came from the Perfectly Preserved stamp set. I was so pleased with how the tag turned out, it just jumps out at you... and perfect for Christmas present labels, don't you agree?
I also made a version using the Brown and a green sheet of the Festival of Prints DSP stack, and I would be hard pushed to say which I prefer... do you have a favourite? I'd love to hear your comments.
The above picture will give you an idea of the paper stack size as it isn't A4 or 12x12", it's actually 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" . I have pulled out 2 sheets of each as it's double sided and I wanted to show you front and back. It's such a perfect size for any crafting, and I think you'll be hard pushed to choose a favourite as they are all so adorable!
All supplies used are from Stampin' Up! and if you'd like me to place and order for you, please contact me on lynne.fahey@gmail.com or 07828 149666 and I can even have them sent directly to your door for £4.95 postage - how's that for service!
And for anyone placing a £35 or more order with me during September, will receive a FREE copy of the 2012-2013 Annual catalogue which is launching on the 1st October 2012...
