October card class - using Word Play and Papillon Potpourri

Good afternoon lovely blog friends and new followers.... how are you today? the sun is shinning here, it's a bit nippy but bright.
Sorry for being absent for a week or so, I have been busy in the background making Tote bag orders, not paper crafting... but this week I held my monthly card classes (Tuesday & Wednesday) so let me share with you the first card of three that they made.

The ladies loved this card and had a blast making it too. I think the clean and simpleness of it makes it so appealing, don't you? And although I give everyone the same tools to make the card, each of them add their own flare and they all end up so very different, I love it!!

I absolutely adore the butterfly stamp set and matching punch that's in the new Annual Catalogue... isn't it gorgeous, every home should have one of these!!

Here is the inside of the card. It's such a detailed stamp but it comes out perfect every time, that's just one of the many things I love about Stampin' Up! product!

And this sentiment comes from one of the brand new stamp sets called Word Play... and I think this set is going to get A LOT of use. I stamped using basic grey ink as I didn't want the sentiment to stand out too much, and if I'd have used basic black it would have done...
