LOVE Flower Frame....

Hello lovely Blogger Friends - how are you today?

Wow, I have been so busy with work lately (Hence the lack of postings from me, sorry), and then prepping for card classes and Easter Stamp-a-stack classes, which I absolutely love doing. The ladies that come have such fun and they love going home with finished cards they can show off to their family and friends. And then once I'm home in the evenings I have been organising my (very small) crafting area which is under the stairs!! It has taken me over a week of evening time and and one weekend, but it's been so worth it... I'll share pictures with you next week, so stay tuned.

Anyway, back to today's posting... I was inspired to make this project last weekend when I thumbed through my current Stampin' Up! catalogue... check out page 87. I already had this very plain white frame that I was holding onto to do "something" with, even though I wasn't sure what! I used some old book pages, but after I'd done this I realised that I could have used Stampin' Up! "First Edition" 12x12" DSP. I then used this years In-Colour card stock and cut out flowers using punches and Big Shot dies.... I love how it turned out, what do you think, I'd love to hear from you.
I stamped on the card stock with stamps to create a different look and texture, it works and I love how it turned out.

I am in love with the In-Colour brads too, don't they look great?!

I grabbed for my buttons too, and accented it with a little bling, well, you can never have too much bling can you!?

Stampin' Up supplies used:
Card Stock - Wisteria Wonder, Island Indigo, Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade and Pool Party.
Punches - Scallop Circle (119854) Boho Blossom (119858)
1/2" Circle (119869) 5-Petal Flower (119882) 3/4" circle (119873)
Dies - Fun Flowers (121812) Blossom Party in Spring Mini (115971)

If you would like me to order any of these items for you, email me on lynne.fahey@gmail.com, and if your order comes to £45 or more you get to choose a free pack of 12x12" Designer series paper from yesterday's post... it's a win/win situation.

Thank you for visiting me today and especially to my new followers and to all those who take the time to comment or send messages, it means so much.

I look forward to hearing from you, have a great day!
