Memory book for HC...

A while ago my very good friend asked me to make a memory book for her son who was about to turn 18, and of course, I said yes! She gave me a mountain of pictures, and I'd asked her to write a few bits to go with each picture. I had previously made a memory book for her eldest son, also for his 18 so I was getting quite good at this! ;)

Here is the finished labour of love, which was loved by all who saw it (thankfully!)

I used the cardboard from an old cereal packet to create the front and back of the book which I then covered with this lovely black and white 12x12" paper, and cut up black 12x12" and white 12x12" bazzill card stock for the inside pages alternating the colours to the end. I also got out my "Bind-it-all" to create a professional looking book. As He is very into his drama, I used a Judikins mask stamp on shrink plastic and added some stickles for the "bling" and some black ribbon to finish it off.

There were too many pages to post them all but I also decided to only show a few of his baby years to keep his anonymity in tact! I have waited a while before posting this as I didn't want to spoil the surprise for the recipient.... I am so glad he loved it.

I hope you are all having a good week.... thank you for popping by, and please feel free to comment now that you can! lol
