Happy Father's Day..... Lazy Afternoon...

Happy Saturday morning to one and all.... and doesn't it look to be a lovely day! (well, here in my part of the UK anyway!)

So, I have been very busy working lately, and I've not had much time to craft (sadly)... like many of you I would much rather be crafting than working, but I need the money to buy all the lovely crafting goodies I keep seeing everywhere, so until I win the lottery I have to work!
Here is a Father's Day card I was asked to make for a work colleague's Dad, and here is my take on the info given. Thankfully, it was a hit, so my work here is done!
I used the wonderful stamp for Lili of the Valley called Lazy Afternoon, and coloured in with my Promarkers quite confidently (as I went on a 2 day course at my local craft shop called Jay'z Crafts) and some design paper I had in my stash, along with some buttons. The sentiment is from Hero Arts.

Promarkers used: Blush, Dusky Pink, Sandstone, Caramel,Cinnamon, Shale, Leaf Green, Pear Green, Pine, Satin, Cool Grey 1-2-3-4-5.

Happy Father's Day for this Sunday, I hope have a great time.
Thanks for stopping by today, there are more postings to come so pop back soon,
Luv Lynne

  2. Thanks Lisa Jane! I really enjoyed making this card actually. The stamp is so versatile. It's always a little harder to make male cards isn't it.
